The Lauden series complement the vintage style
The Lauden series is the perfect addition to the vintage furnishing style. With its timeless design and warm light, it creates a nostalgic atmosphere. The filigree details and high-quality workmanship make it a real highlight that adds a touch of elegance to your room.
Filament bulbs, whose design and bulb shape are reminiscent of incandescent lamps, are suitable light sources.
Choosing light sources
The light bulb is not included with the Lauden series, so you can also customise the bulb shape and functions of the light source to suit your needs. Because here, too, the details make all the difference:
When choosing a light bulb, pay attention to:
- Socket and base: Common light sockets are designed for lamps with E14 and E27 bases.
- Brightness: The lumen rating on the light source provides information about its output. A higher lumen rating means brighter lighting.
- Dimmability: Dimmable bulbs must be labelled as such. Smart home lamps offer you another way to adjust the brightness flexibly and easily.
- Light colour: Choose warm white light (2,700 to 3,300 Kelvin) for living rooms and bedrooms, neutral white light (3,300 to 5,300 Kelvin) is suitable for kitchens and bathrooms and daylight white light (> 5,300 Kelvin) for workspaces.

Installing the Lauden series
The Lauden pendant light or hanging light should be adjusted to the desired height before installation. We have compiled a list of what you need to bear in mind:
- Have the lights adjusted and fitted by a specialist!
- The cable of the Lauden light is first pulled through the cable cover, also known as the lamp canopy, to the desired height.
- If the cable does not fit into the lamp canopy, it can be cut off and reattached to the ceiling using luster clips.
- Once the cable is at the desired length, it is fixed in place, for example with a screw, depending on the design of the lights.
- The pendant or hanging light can then be mounted in the desired position on the ceiling.
